Where can I buy the Captain Cork collection?

You can find our collection online in our webshop on or in our Flag Ship Store in Antwerp: Hoogstraat 63 2000 Antwerp open from wed to sun from 12 to 18 o'clock.

A product is not in stock what now?

If a product is not in stock, we may still have it in the webshop or in the store. Contact us [email protected] or via what's app 0470/174.962. We'll check it out for you. 

You have the option, if listed on the website, to purchase products in backorder or presales. These products still need to be produced in our workshop. The average delivery period is 4 to 8 weeks. All products are handmade, yet our workshop staff do their best to manufacture and ship everything as quickly as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Captain Cork works with custom company De Noordheuvel in Brasschaat to carefully pack your corky item. 
We aim to get your corky item delivered to you within 2 to 4 working days. As soon as the package is processed you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code with which you can follow your package carefully.

Captain Cork is not responsible for any delays at Bpost. 
If you have not received your package within 10 working days please contact [email protected] or via what's app 0470/174.962. We are happy to check it out for you and find a solution.

What if my package is lost in the mail?

Don't worry, our packages are sent insured.

Can I pick up my purchase?

Pick-up is free at our Flag Ship Store Hoogstraat 63 2000 Antwerp from Wednesday to Sunday from 12 to 18 o'clock.

My corky item doesn't live up to my expectations, what next?

What a pity! Of course we want you to be overjoyed with your handmade, sustainable, animal-friendly and ecological cork product. That is why we make your purchase amount fully available as a store credit. This allows you to immediately choose another item online or in our store or wait for the new collection. After all, your store credit is valid for one year.

I got a gift card, now what?

Great such a gift from nature. You can spend your offline gift card in our shop Hoogstraat 63 2000 Antwerp from Woe to sun from 12 to 18 hours. 

Your online gift voucher comes with a discount code, which you can enter when you complete your order and the amount is automatically deducted from your total. 

Please note that the online gift vouchers with discount code are not cumulated with other discounts or promotions. Unfortunately, this is not technically possible in the webshop. Would you like to enjoy a running action? Then be welcome in our shop.

My corky item shows a defect, what next?

Super annoying and highly exceptional. Our products are made with quality cork and handmade by specialists. But a production error can always be. 
A production error are errors that were already present when purchasing the product. For example: a zipper that does not close properly, a wire break, ... They are errors that are not due to wear or damage caused by accidents or incorrect use. 

Production errors always surface very quickly. That's why we have a one-month warranty period for production errors. We'll have it fixed for free. 

If it is not a production error, we will look for a solution so that you can use your cork item again quickly. You can use our CORK recovery service. You can inquire about the prices without obligation. 

In what ways can I pay?

In the Flag Ship Store you can pay cash or (contactless) with debit card, credit card, ban contact. We also accept ECO-Gift and Compensation Vouchers from Edenred, Monizze and Sodexo.

Captain Cork can also be paid safely online. You can choose to pay with a debit card, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or via PayPal. At the step payment, there will be connection with the secure payment system MOLLIE payments. 

If you do not have an online payment option, you can opt for a wire transfer on BE15001870657730.

Is there a discount code I can use?

Keep an eye on all our promotions and discounts by "subscribe" for free on our emails. Via this channel you get the discount codes e-mailed.
